Beyond Printmaking Symposium

The Texas Tech University School of Art Printmaking area is hosting a free art event, which has something for everyone. This is a great time to visit the campus and see what the art department and Texas Tech has to offer. For those who want excitement, we will be having a steamroller printing event, which you can watch, or even participate in by having your students cut/construct a giant woodcut! We will also be having a tour of the school of art facilities, a Print Fair where you and your students can view amazing artwork and talk with the artists. BP5 Symposium is an extension of Beyond Printmaking, a national juried/curated exhibition. These events will begin March 24th for registration check-in and tour of the art building and 3D annex. The panel discussion will feature our BP juror Patricia Echeverria, Jon Goebel, and Erik Watterkote. Afterwards will be a reception for Beyond Printmaking.
