We looking for artists to feature in tutorial videos. These videos are professionally shot and combine the experiences of a studio visit, artist talk and artist workshop into one, lasting approximately 60 minutes each. We are looking for artists that use wood in unique and interesting ways, have some teaching experience and a great personal story to share.
Selected artists receive $1000 for their time (2-3 days) then will receive $1/box for the month that their project is distributed.
All projects need to be able to be done from home. Projects that are functional as well as decorative will be given priority. Combinations of materials and techniques are also highly valued. Surprise us! All materials must be able to fit inside a 12” x 10” x 3” box.
The top 5 submissions will be asked to perform their tutorial in front of the production team the week of March 20th.
