ArtMaze Magazine is pleased to announce an open call for the Winter edition of 2018, Issue 6!
 



Art Maze Magazine is an independent artist-run international publication which showcases experimental and progressive contemporary art, reflecting modern society and its environment, provoking conversation and action; fostering innovation and diversity of mediums which make today’s art scene so intriguing and versatile.
 



ArtMaze Magazine invites guest curators from internationally renowned galleries as well as independent art professionals to help select works for each issue. ArtMaze gives spotlight to artists and engage with its readers and followers everyday through their social media, website and print and digital issues.

 
ELIGIBILITY: Artists are welcome to submit works in any medium: painting, drawing, sculpture, ceramics, printmaking, photography, textile, installation, mixed media, digital etc. Artists or any art organisations on behalf of from all countries are welcome to submit.


 
DEADLINE: September 14, 2017

DISTRIBUTION: Physical and digital copies of ArtMaze Mag are distributed worldwide via bookshops, galleries and online. More info: http://artmazemag.com/shop/
 


Artists selected by the guest curator will receive a 1-page or 2-page spread including a brief bio, website, and 1-3 images in print and digital formats. All published artists will receive a digital copy of the magazine and will be promoted on our website www.artmazemag.com and social media (handle @artmazemag).

 
ABOUT THE JUROR:

 

For almost 20 years Kristian worked for some of London’s leading commercial galleries, establishing himself as a trusted advisor and experienced eye. Since establishing his own curatorial programme in 2016 his collaborations with individual collectors, organisations and institutions have earned him a reputation as one of the UK’s most active curators.


He continues to collaborate with a wide range of galleries, creating shows that enjoy great popularity and draw wide audiences. Kristian is also the founder of Paper Cuts, an online and offline marketplace for contemporary works on paper. He is also collaborating with Matt Price at Anomie Publishing on a new book profiling painters working in Britain today.
