Ann Street Gallery is now accepting submissions for our Rituals & Identity exhibition. Every society has rituals that mark daily routines, as well as, significant events during the life cycle: birth, marriage, and death. Rituals communicate values, which assist in reaffirming individual and collective identities, bonding groups together in common experiences. We are looking for works in diverse mediums that offer a fresh look at the rituals we engage in our daily life’s and illustrate the important role rituals play in defining one’s identity, as well as, the ability to bond us together in our shared experiences. 

Open to sculpture, fiber arts, painting, drawing, ceramics, mixed media, site-specific installations, printmaking and photography.

 

Shipping: All Works must arrive in reusable packing and include a return shipping label

 

Deadline for Entries: June 7, 2018

Delivery: Week of June 11, 2018

Exhibition Opening: Saturday, June 23, 2018

Exhibition Closes: Saturday, August 4, 2018

Pickup Artwork: Week of August 6, 2018
