Call for Entries: INTERSTATE: Where I-90 meets I-82

The Sarah Spurgeon Gallery at Central Washington University, located in Ellensburg, Washington, will host the INTERSTATE juried exhibit. The exhibition is open to all media and subject matter; the artwork does not need to follow a particular theme.

Proceeds from this national exhibition will support student scholarships in the CWU Department of Art + Design. The juror for the 2019 INTERSTATE exhibition is Grace Kook-Anderson, the Arlene and Harold Schnitzer Curator of Northwest Art at the Portland Art Museum in Portland, Oregon.

The exhibit is open to artists over the age of 18 working in 2-dimensional, 3-dimensional, and video formats. The entry fee is $35.00 for up to three artworks, and the deadline for entries is August 31, 2019. The awards include: First place, $700; second place, $500; third place, $300; and three honorable mentions. All entries must be submitted online at www.callforentry.org
