The University of Toledo Center for the Visual Arts (CVA) invites submissions for a “Happening/Build” based on the theme: The Nexus: Exploring the Link between Art and Science. Artists are asked to submit proposals for a workshop/build/gallery event to take place January 7–February 3, 2013. This project will coincide with a mini-symposium that explores the connections between creativity and science. We are seeking a “Happening/Build” project that addresses this theme, and contains a strong component of collaboration. Interested artists should submit the following: Resume, Examples of Artwork - on disk or via website, and Project proposal.

Proposals must be received by: August 31, 2012

Artists will be notified of decision by: September 15, 2012
