A juried exhibition encouraging the broadest range of personal styles and applications of the liquid medium. Open to works painted in transparent watercolor on paper or paper derivative. No digital art, photography, prints or reproductions will be accepted.

Juror: Carol Carter
Awards: One $1,000 Cash Award
One $500 Cash Award

Eligibility: Open to all artists 18 years and older, worldwide, both amateur and professional. In an effort
to pursue high quality, all artwork must be original work executed by the artist within the last two years.

Entry Fee: Artists may submit up to three works for a non-refundable processing fee of $35.00.
