Lincoln Parish Library & Events Center presents the 1st Annual Juried Exhibition sponsored by the Friends of the Lincoln Parish Library. Lincoln Parish Library seeks contemporary artists residing in or attending school in Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Texas to submit two- or three-dimensional works to our first Juried Exhibition. The goal of the Lincoln Parish Library Juried Exhibition is to display contemporary works by regional artists to the residents of Lincoln Parish and North-Central Louisiana. Entry Fee: $10.00 per entered artwork, with minimum of two entries and a maximum of five entries allowed per artist. Best in Show is $500 within a total award allotment of $1500 given to the Juror to disperse as best suits the amount and variety of entries. This year's juror is Evelyn Stewart, Director of Museums for the City of Monroe, LA. Exhibition runs from February 2-March 14, 2013.
