The New York Art Residency and Studios (NARS) Foundation seeks energetic and dedicated interns. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a not-for-profit organization and develop fundamental skills working in the contemporary art field. We are committed to supporting artists and curators on an international level as well engaging the local community in Brooklyn. Internship duties: assist with press, postings, mailings; maintain & expand social networking sites/online presence; assist in developing marketing materials such as exhibition postcards. Qualifications: knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred. Internships are 3-4 months, 2-3 days per week between the hours of 10 AM-6 PM. Unpaid; academic credit can be arranged.
