LIFT gallery at Greensboro College is soliciting video of performance art for its juried grand opening show LIFTOFF. Emerging Artists should send videos documenting performance art on any theme by October 22. Selected videos will be exhibited at LIFT from November 9 through December 7 and showcased on our online database. Top three selections will receive $200 for first place, $100 for second place and $50 for third place. Videos should be 1 to 10 minutes in duration and completed in the past 5 years. Please submit one video per entry. There is no submission fee.

To submit, create a VIMEO account (www.vimeo.com) and upload using their services. For best results go to compression guidelines on the right side of the upload screen. Upload at highest quality and size allowed by your account. Send a link to your video in an email to theliftgallery@gmail.com with CV, artists statement and a one paragraph artwork description.
