The New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA) is pleased to announce an "Emerging Leaders Boot Camp", a year-long free program providing leadership training for 25 arts administrators in the NY Metropolitan area.
The program will offer training on the principles of leadership, involving strategic planning, goal setting, fundraising, and marketing. There will be additional focus on personnel, board development, defining a mission, and managing relationships with artists. The structure includes a week-long 5 day intensive, quarterly check-ins and a final retreat in 2013. 5 Day Intensive: December 3 - December 7, 2012. 9am - 5pm. All sessions at NYFA, 20 Jay Street, Dumbo, Brooklyn. Attendance mandatory for all sessions.
