Exhibition Call

The Edward A. Whitney Gallery at Sheridan College in Sheridan, Wyoming, is currently accepting Exhibition Proposals for the 2019-20 academic year. We invite artists to submit works in any media including video, photography, painting, printmaking, sculpture, installation. Exhibition proposals may consist of solo, two-person, and small group exhibitions.

 

Mission Statement

The Edward A. Whitney Gallery at Sheridan College provides fine art exhibitions by contemporary national and international artists to create a learning environment for students as well as to engage the broader community. The gallery works in parallel with the teaching functions of Sheridan College’s interdisciplinary Fine Art Program.

 

Your exhibition proposal must include:

C.V.

Artist Statement

Exhibition thesis and description of proposed show

10-15 images

Image List: Title, Year, Medium, Size

 

Artists appearing during the academic year will be asked to spend time working with Sheridan College students.  Please submit these materials as a single PDF file (no larger than 10 MB) to WhitneyArts@sheridan.edu
