Kathleen Bickford Berzock

Kathleen Bickford Berzock, previously curator of African art at the Art Institute of Chicago, has been appointed associate director of curatorial affairs for the Mary and Leigh Block Museum of Art at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.

Michael Brown, a researcher, lecturer, and formerly Mayer Curatorial Fellow for Spanish Colonial Art at the Denver Art Museum in Colorado, has become an associate curator of European art at the San Diego Museum of Art in California.

Elizabeth Kozlowski, formerly Windgate Curatorial Fellow at the Arizona State University Museum in Tempe, has become a new curator for the Houston Center for Contemporary Craft in Texas.

Anna Collette has been appointed assistant professor in photography by the Department of Art and Art History in the College of Fine Arts at the University of Texas at Austin.

Luba Freedman, a specialist of Italian Renaissance art and professor in history of art at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Israel, has been named Jack Cotton Professor in Architecture and Fine Arts at her school.

Carma Gorman

Carma Gorman has joined the Department of Art and Art History in the College of Fine Arts at the University of Texas at Austin as associate professor in design.

Cathleen Chaffee, assistant curator of modern and contemporary art at the Yale University Art Gallery in New Haven, Connecticut, has joined the Albright-Knox Art Gallery in Buffalo, New York, as curator.

Amy Galpin, an associate curator for the San Diego Museum of Art in California, has become the new curator for the Cornell Fine Arts Museum at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.

Mazie McKenna Harris, a doctoral candidate in the history of photography at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, has been named Linda Wyatt Gruber ’66 Curatorial Fellow in Photography by the Davis Museum at Wellesley College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.

Ronda Kasl, formerly senior curator of painting and sculpture before 1800 at the Indianapolis Museum of Art in Indiana, has become a curator of colonial Latin American art at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.

Karl Kusserow

Karl Kusserow, curator of American art at the Princeton University Art Museum in Princeton, New Jersey, has been named the inaugural John Wilmerding Curator of American Art at his institution.

Michael W. Maizels, most recently a research assistant and predoctoral fellow at the Smithsonian Institution’s National Portrait Gallery in Washington, DC, has been appointed Mellon New Media Curator and Lecturer by the Davis Museum at Wellesley College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.

Joanne Pillsbury, an associate director of the Getty Research Institute, has been named Andrall E. Pearson Curator in the Department of the Arts of Africa, Oceania, and the Americas at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.

Kelly Taxter

Kelly Taxter, a cofounder of Taxter and Spengeman Gallery in New York and a curatorial consultant for the Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum in Ridgefield, Connecticut, has joined the Jewish Museum in New York as assistant curator.

Mary M. Tinti

Mary M. Tinti, formerly a curatorial fellow for the deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum in Lincoln, Massachusetts, has been appointed associate curator of the Fitchburg Art Museum in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.

Nicole Archer, a visiting faculty member at the San Francisco Art Institute in California since 2009, has been appointed assistant professor in history and theory of contemporary art at her school. The position is tenure track.

Emily Engel has joined the College of Mount Saint Vincent in Riverdale, New York, as a tenure-track professor of art history and chair of the Fine Arts Department. In addition to her teaching and research responsibilities in the history of Latin American art, Engel will develop majors in studio art and art history for the college.

Ruthann Godollei has been named a DeWitt Wallace Professor of Art in the Department of Art and Art History at Macalester College in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Her courses include printmaking, the senior seminar, and topics such as dissent.

Janet Kraynak has been appointed associate dean for the School of Art and Design History and Theory at Parsons the New School for Design in New York.

Beauvais Lyons

Beauvais Lyons, Chancellor’s Professor at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, has been awarded an Ellen McClung Berry professorship for 2013–15.

J. P. Park has joined the History of Art Department at the University of California, Riverside, as an assistant professor of East Asian art. Park was formerly an assistant professor at the University of Colorado in Boulder.

Howard Singerman has joined Hunter College, City University of New York, as Caroff Chair of the Department of Art and Art History. Previously he was chair of the McIntire Department of Art at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.

Renata Holod

Renata Holod, curator of the Near East section at the University of Pennsylvania Museum in Philadelphia, has been elected president of the board of trustees of the Ukranian Museum in New York.

Kimberly L. Jones has joined the Dallas Museum of Art in Texas as Ellen and Harry S. Parker III Assistant Curator of the Arts of America. She previously worked as a curator and lecturer at the University of Texas at Austin.

Danielle Rice

Danielle Rice, formerly executive director of the Delaware Art Museum in Wilmington, has been appointed director of the new graduate degree program in museum leadership in the Westphal College of Media Arts and Design at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Marika Sardar has accepted the post of associate curator of Southern Asian and Islamic art at the San Diego Museum of Art in California.

Organizations and Publications

Sylvie Fortin has been tapped to lead the next Biennale de Montréal as executive and artistic director. The multisite exhibition in the province of Quebec will take place in 2014–15.

Keliy Anderson-Staley has joined the School of Art at the University of Houston in Texas as a tenure-track professor of photography.

Rebecca Parker Brienen has been named Vennerberg Professor of Art and head of the Department of Art, Graphic Design, and Art History at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater. Brienen previously served as the head of art history at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, from 2008 to 2013.

Jean M. K. Miller

Jean M. K. Miller has joined the University of Missouri in St. Louis as dean of the College of Fine Arts and Communication and professor in the Department of Art and Art History. Miller was formerly associate dean of administrative affairs in the College of Visual Arts and Design at the University of North Texas in Denton.

Kent Minturn, a lecturer in the Department of Art History and Archaeology at Columbia University in New York, has been appointed director of the MA Program in Modern Art: Critical and Curatorial Studies.

Jennifer Raab, the first IFA/Andrew W. Mellon Foundation Postdoctoral Fellow at New York University’s Institute of Fine Arts, has joined the faculty of Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut.

Erika Schneider

Erika Schneider has been promoted to associate professor in the Art Department at Framingham State University in Framingham, Massachusetts, where she has taught since 2007.

Mark Tribe, an artist, educator, and the founder of Rhizome, has become chair of the MFA Fine Arts Department at the School of Visual Arts in New York.

Sarah Victoria Turner, a lecturer in the Department of the History of Art at the University of York in York, England, has been appointed to the new post of assistant director for research at the Paul Mellon Centre for Studies in British Art in London. Her appointment begins in November 2013.

Deborah Zlotsky, an artist who taught at the College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York, from 1996 to 2013, has accepted a teaching position at the Rhode Island School of Design in Providence.

Gloria Groom

Gloria Groom, David and Mary Winton Green Curator in the Department of Medieval through Modern European Painting and Sculpture at the Art Institute of Chicago in Illinois, has been appointed the museum’s first senior curator.

Jennifer Gross

Jennifer Gross has joined the DeCordova Sculpture Park and Museum in Lincoln, Massachusetts, as deputy director for curatorial affairs and chief curator. Gross had served as Seymour H. Knox Jr. Curator of Modern and Contemporary Art at the Yale University Art Gallery in New Haven, Connecticut, since 2000.

Sarah Schroth

Sarah Schroth, Nancy Hanks Senior Curator at Duke University’s Nasher Museum of Art in Durham, North Carolina, has been named the museum’s new Mary D. B. T. and James H. Semans Director. Schroth had been serving as interim director since November 2012.

Susan Shifrin, associate director for education at the Philip and Muriel Berman Museum of Art at Ursinus College in Collegeville, Pennsylvania, has left the museum to serve as director of ARTZ Philadelphia, a newly formed chapter of ARTZ: Artists for Alzheimer’s.

Janne Gallen-Kallela-Sirén, formerly director of the Helsinki Art Museum in Finland, has become the new director of the Albright-Knox Art Gallery in Buffalo, New York.

Maura Reilly

Maura Reilly has been appointed executive director of the Linda Pace Foundation, based in San Antonio, Texas. Most recently Reilly was professor and chair of art theory at Queensland College of Art, part of Griffith University in Nathan, Australia.

Tali Weinberg

Tali Weinberg, program officer for Global Goods Partners, a nonprofit that provides economic opportunity, small grants, and training to artisans in marginalized communities around the world, has been selected to lead the Textile Society of America, based in Berkeley, California, as executive director.

Luca Buvoli, an interdisciplinary artist, has been appointed director of the Mount Royal School of Art at Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore.

Muriel Hasbun, chair of photography at the Corcoran College of Art and Design in Washington, DC, has been promoted to professor at her school.

Jean Robertson

Jean Robertson, an art historian and professor in the Herron School of Art and Design at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, has been named Chancellor’s Professor, the highest academic rank at the university.

Rachel Schreiber

Rachel Schreiber, formerly director of humanities and sciences at California College of the Arts in Oakland and San Francisco, has become dean and vice president for academic affairs at the San Francisco Art Institute. She will assume her duties on July 1, 2013.

Tanya Sheehan has been promoted to associate professor in the Art History Department at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, where she has taught since 2008. In September 2013 she will take a new position, associate professor of American art, at Colby College in Waterville, Maine.

Peter Barnet

Peter Barnet, the Michel David-Weill Curator in Charge of the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Department of Medieval Art and the Cloisters in New York, has been promoted to the newly created position of senior curator. His new position begins on September 1.

Connie Butler, chief curator of drawings at the Museum of Modern Art in New York, has been named chief curator of the Hammer Museum, part of the University of California, Los Angeles. Her new job begins in July.

C. Griffith Mann, deputy director and chief curator of the Cleveland Museum of Art in Ohio, has been appointed Michel David-Weill Curator in Charge of the Department of Medieval Art and the Cloisters at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, succeeding Peter Barnet. He assumes his new position on September 1.

Ugochukwu-Smooth Nzewi

Ugochukwu-Smooth Nzewi, a specialist in modern and contemporary African and African diaspora art, has been appointed the first curator of African art for the Hood Museum of Art at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire.

Jonathan F. Walz, curator of the Cornell Fine Arts Museum at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, has resigned in order to devote more time to a national traveling exhibition that he is cocurating, This Is a Portrait If I Say So.

Harris Fogel, an artist and associate professor at University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has been appointed director of the photography program in the school’s College of Art, Media, and Design.

Matthew Affron, associate professor of art history at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville and director of special curatorial projects for the school’s Fralin Museum of Art, has joined the Philadelphia Museum of Art in Pennsylvania as the new Muriel and Philip Berman Curator of Modern Art. Affron will begin his new duties on September 1, 2013.

Margarita Aguilar, director of El Museo del Barrio in New York since 2011, has resigned from her position. She was also a curator at the museum from 1998 to 2006.

Antonia Boström

Antonia Boström, senior curator of sculpture and decorative arts at the J. Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles, California, has been appointed director of curatorial affairs at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art in Kansas City, Missouri.

Stephen Gleissner, chief curator of the Wichita Art Museum in Wichita, Kansas, has resigned from his position.

Cody Hartley

Cody Hartley, formerly director of gifts of arts at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, in Massachusetts, has become the next director of curatorial affairs for the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Risha K. Lee

Risha K. Lee, formerly a postdoctoral fellow at the National University of Singapore’s Institute for Southeast Asian Studies, has been named Jane Emison Assistant Curator of Indian and Southeast Asian Art at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts in Minnesota.

Kate Nesin, formerly a Mellon fellow at the Toledo Museum of Art in Toledo, Ohio, has joined the Art Institute of Chicago in Illinois as its new associate curator of contemporary art.

Irene V. Small, formerly an assistant professor in art history at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, has joined the faculty of the Department of Art and Archaeology at Princeton University in Princeton, New Jersey.

Austen Barron Bailly, previously head of the American Art Department at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in California, has been named George Putnam Curator of American Art at the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, Massachusetts.

Susan L. Beningson has joined the Brooklyn Museum in New York as assistant curator of Asian art. She will help with a major reinstallation of the museum’s permanent galleries of Asian and Islamic art, scheduled to open in 2015.

Katherine A. Bussard, associate curator of photography at the Art Institute of Chicago in Illinois, has been named Peter C. Bunnell Curator of Photography at the Princeton University Art Museum in Princeton, New Jersey. She will begin work at the museum on April 15, 2013.

Nicholas Capasso

Nicholas Capasso, deputy director of curatorial affairs at the deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum in Lincoln, Massachusetts, has become the new director of the Fitchburg Art Museum in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.

Anne Collins Goodyear

Anne Collins Goodyear, associate curator of prints and drawings for the Smithsonian Institution’s National Portrait Gallery in Washington, DC, and president of the CAA Board of Directors, has been appointed codirector of the Bowdoin College Museum of Art in Brunswick, Maine. She will lead the institution with her husband, Frank H. Goodyear III.

Alisa LaGamma

Alisa LaGamma has joined the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York as curator in charge of the Department of the Arts of Africa, Oceania, and the Americas. On April 1 she will succeed Julie Jones, who is retiring at the end of March 2013.

Lauren K. O’Neal

Lauren K. O’Neal, a faculty member of the Graduate Arts Administration Program at Boston University in Massachusetts, has been appointed director of the Lamont Gallery at Phillips Exeter Academy in Exeter, New Hampshire.

Lynn Orr, curator in charge of European art for the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco in California, has left her position after twenty-nine years of service.

Valérie Rousseau

Valérie Rousseau, an independent curator and scholar, has been chosen to serve as curator of twentieth-century and contemporary art at the American Folk Art Museum in New York.

Jay Gould, a photographer and a member of the faculty at the Maine Media Workshops, has joined Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore as a full-time faculty member in photography for academic year 2012–13.

Anne D. Hedeman

Anne D. Hedeman has been appointed Judith Harris Murphy Distinguished Professor of Art History in the Kress Foundation Department of Art History at the University of Kansas in Lawrence. Prior to accepting the position, she was professor of art history and medieval studies at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.

Sonja Kelley, who has taught in the Department of Art and Art History at Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota, has been appointed a full-time faculty member in art history, theory, and criticism for academic year 2012–13 at Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore.

Daniela Sandler, a scholar and professor from the University of California, Santa Cruz, has joined Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore as a full-time faculty member in art history, theory, and criticism for academic year 2012–13.

Dominic Terlizzi, an artist, has become a full-time faculty member in foundations for academic year 2012–13 at Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore.

Allison Yasukawa, a visiting lecturer at the University of St. Frances in Joliet, Illinois, and a teaching artist with the Museum of Contemporary Art and the Chicago Artists Partnership in Education, has joined Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore as a full-time faculty member in humanistic studies for academic year 2012–13.

Susan Ball, formerly interim director of programs at the New York Foundation for the Arts, has been appointed deputy director of the Bruce Museum in Greenwich, Connecticut. Ball had served as CAA executive director from 1986 to 2005.

Ian Berry, curator and associate director of the Frances Young Tang Teaching Museum and Art Gallery at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York, has been named director of his institution.

Sabine Breitwieser has left the Museum of Modern Art in New York, where she had been curator of media and performance art, for the Museum der Moderne Salzburg in Germany, where she will serve as director.

Nicholas Capasso, deputy director for curatorial affairs at the deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum in Lincoln, Massachusetts, has been named the new director of the Fitchburg Art Museum in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.

Mara Gladstone has been appointed assistant curator at the Palm Springs Art Museum in Palm Springs, California. She recently received her doctorate from the Graduate Program in Visual and Cultural Studies at the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York.

Katherine Hall, who recently earned a master’s degree in art history from the University of Georgia in Athens, has become curatorial fellow at the Houston Center for Contemporary Craft in Texas. Her position is for three years.

Thomas Kren has been promoted to associate director of collections for the J. Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles, California. He had served as acting associate director for collections at the museum since January 2010 and also as senior curator of manuscripts there.

Elizabeth Morrison has been appointed senior curator of manuscripts at J. Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles, California, succeeding Thomas Kren. She had been acting senior curator of manuscripts at the museum since January 2012.

Elizabeth A. Williams, assistant curator of decorative arts at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in California, has been appointed curator of decorative arts and design at the Rhode Island School of Design Museum in Providence. She will take up her position in January 2013.

Brooke Davis Anderson, deputy director of curatorial planning at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in California, has been appointed executive director of Prospect New Orleans in Louisiana. She will work with the biennial’s artistic director and two curatorial advisors to organize Prospect.3.

Karin Higa, an independent scholar and curator and formerly senior curator at the Japanese American National Museum in Los Angeles, California, has been selected as a cocurator of Made in L.A. 2014, the city’s next biennial art exhibition.

Steven Bleicher

Steven Bleicher, an artist and professor of foundations in the Department of Visual Arts at Coastal Carolina University in Conway, South Carolina, has been promoted to associate dean of the Thomas W. and Robin W. Edwards College of Humanities and Fine Arts at his school.

Lucy Bradnock, formerly managing editor of the Getty Research Journal and a research associate at the Getty Research Institute in Los Angeles, California, has been appointed lecturer in art history at the University of Nottingham in England.

Blane De St. Croix, an installation artist and sculptor, has been appointed to head the Sculpture Department with the rank of tenured associate professor at the Henry Radford Hope School of Fine Arts at Indiana University in Bloomington. De St. Croix was formerly associate professor of sculpture at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton.

Andrea Giunta has been appointed to the newly established endowed chair in Latin American art history and criticism in the department of art and art history at the University of Texas at Austin. Her position is partially endowed by a $1 million grant from the Longhorn Network and an anonymous matching donation. Giunta founded the school’s Center for Latin American Visual Studies program in 2009.

Elisa P. Korb, assistant professor of humanities at Anderson University in Anderson, Indiana, has accepted a position as assistant professor of fine arts at Misericordia University in Dallas, Pennsylvania.

Jason LaFountain

Jason LaFountain, a recent PhD graduate from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, has joined the Art History Department of Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, as the Terra Foundation Postdoctoral Fellow in American Art. LaFountain specializes in colonial American and early modern British subjects.

Alix Lambert, an artist and filmmaker, has been named visiting assistant professor at the Henry Radford Hope School of Fine Arts at Indiana University in Bloomington.

Richard Meyer, formerly an associate professor of art history and fine arts at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, has been appointed professor of art history at Stanford University in Stanford, California.

Guna Nadarajan, formerly vice provost for research and dean of graduate studies at Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, has been selected as the new dean of the School of Art and Design at the University of Michigan.

Howard Paine, associate professor of printmaking at the Memphis College of Art in Tennessee, has been released from the faculty. The controversial decision to eliminate several positions, in June 2012, was made as a result of the college’s financial burden.

Ethan Lasser, a former curator of the Chipstone Foundation in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, has been appointed Margaret S. Winthrop Associate Curator of American Art in the Harvard Art Museums’ Division of European and American Art, where he is currently developing two new exhibitions, The Practice and Poetics of Repair and Makers: Craft and Industry in American Art.

Melissa Jordan Love

Melissa Jordan Love has been appointed the first academic curator of the Fralin Museum of Art at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. Love holds a joint appointment in the McIntire Department of Art in the College of Arts and Sciences and will participate in the new Institute of the Humanities and Global Cultures.

Elizabeth Milroy

Elizabeth Milroy, professor of art history and American studies at Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut, has joined the Division of Education at the Philadelphia Museum of Art in Pennsylvania as Zoë and Dean Pappas Curator of Education for Public Programs. Milroy is a specialist in the history of the city of Philadelphia and a scholar of cultural institutions in the United States.

Mary Morgan Darby Radcliff has served as a summer 2012 intern at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, DC, where she assisted the Development Office. Radcliff is pursuing an MA in visual arts administration at New York University.

Anne-Imelda Radice, a senior consultant for the Dilenschneider Group and a member of the CAA Board of Directors, has been named the director of the American Folk Art Museum in New York.

David Russick

David Russick has joined the staff of the Milwaukee Art Museum in Wisconsin as its new exhibition designer. Russick formerly was the chief designer at the Indianapolis Museum of Art in Indiana.

Sinclair Bell

Sinclair Bell, assistant professor of art history at Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, has been granted tenure and promoted to the rank of associate professor. Bell is a specialist in ancient Roman and Etruscan art.

Charles S. Buchanan

Charles S. Buchanan, associate professor of art and architectural history at Ohio University in Athens, has been named interim director of the School of Interdisciplinary Arts, a doctoral program within the university.

Jonathan Fineberg

Jonathan Fineberg, the Gutgsell Professor of Art History Emeritus at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, has been appointed the Visiting Presidential Professor at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln for academic year 2012–13. Fineberg will deliver four lectures that address modern art, neuroscience, and the “origin of the image.”

Amy Hauft

Amy Hauft, an artist and chair of the Sculpture Department at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, has joined the University of Texas at Austin as the Leslie Waggener Professor of Art in the College of Fine Arts.

Kriszta Kotsis, an assistant professor of ancient and medieval art, has been granted tenure by the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington.

Sara M. Picard has accepted a position as assistant professor of art history at Rhode Island College in Providence.

Jack Risley

Jack Risley, an artist and associate dean of academic affairs at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, has been hired by the University of Texas at Austin to be Ruth Head Centennial Professor and chair of the school’s Department of Art and Art History.

Karen M. Wirth, an artist, professor, and former chair of the Fine Arts Department at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design in Minnesota, has been appointed vice president of academic affairs at her school.

Museums and Galleries

Lisa Hostetler, curator of photographs at the Milwaukee Art Museum in Wisconsin, will join the Smithsonian American Art Museum in Washington, DC, as its new curator of photography. In her seven years at the Milwaukee Art Museum, Hostetler was responsible for many critically acclaimed exhibitions, including the first major survey of the photographer Taryn Simon.

Barbara Buhler Lynes, curator at the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum in Santa Fe, New Mexico, has resigned her position at the museum. Lynes was the museum’s first curator as well as its Emily Fisher Landau Director of the museum’s research center.

Patricia McDonnell

Patricia McDonnell, director of the Ulrich Museum of Art at Wichita State University in Kansas, has accepted a position as the executive director of the Wichita Art Museum. A member of the CAA Board of Directors, McDonnell succeeds Charles K. Steiner, who stepped down as executive director at the end of 2011 after twelve years of service.

Amy Meyers

Amy Meyers, director of the Yale Center for British Art in New Haven, Connecticut, has been reappointed for a third five-year term as director.

Matthew Palczynski

Matthew Palczynski, staff lecturer for Western art at the Philadelphia Museum of Art in Pennsylvania, has been appointed curator of the Woodmere Art Museum, also in Philadelphia.

Daniel H. Weiss, a scholar of medieval art and the president of Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, has been chosed to lead Haverford College in Haverford, Pennsylvania, as president, He begins the new position in July 2013.

Namita Gupta Wiggers

Namita Gupta Wiggers, a curator at the Museum of Contemporary Craft, in partnership with Pacific Northwest College of Art in Portland, Oregon, has been named the director and chief curator of the museum.

Organizations and Publications

Thomas W. Lollar, a ceramicist and scholar of fine-art prints, has left his position as director of the Brodsky Center for Innovative Editions at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He will join Paul Limperopulos as codirector of the Benefit Print Project in New York.

Dena Muller has been appointed to the newly established position of director of new initiatives at the New York Foundation for the Arts, based in Brooklyn. Previously, Muller was the executive director at ArtTable in New York, an organization that promotes women in the arts through outreach programs and mentorship.
