CAA-Getty International Program: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I sign in to the application portal?
To begin the application process, you must first create a temporary CAA account number here; once you’ve done this, click the APPLY NOW button on this page.
What should I do if my CAA ID isn’t working?
Only an Individual CAA ID will allow you to sign in to submit an application, so make sure you have an individual ID and not an institutional ID.
Sometimes certain browsers create login issues. We strongly recommend the use of Google Chrome when submitting a CAA-Getty application.
If you continue to experience problems, contact the CAA membership department.
Do I need to be a CAA member to apply?
You do not need to be a member to apply, but you must have a CAA account number. You will use this account number to sign in to the application portal as you will need to select your name in our records in the second step of the application. Create a temporary CAA account number here.
