Standards & Guidelines

Since its founding in 1911, CAA has regularly issued Standards and Guidelines that are developed by CAA’s committees, special task forces, and affiliated societies and presented to the Board of Directors for approval or endorsement. CAA encourages all members, institutional and individual, to read, understand, and use these documents.

CAA Fields of Study

The Fields of Study list reflects the areas of expertise of CAA members. It provides us with a uniform way of talking about and referring to subject areas. This list is updated once a year in March.
