Annual Conference Member Support Grants
Each year CAA awards a limited number of $250 support grants to cover expenses related to Annual Conference attendance and participation.ELIGIBILITY
- Applicants must have a current CAA individual membership, active from the time of application through February. Join now!
- Applicants must not have significant funding from other sources for conference attendance.
- Eligible expenses:
- Technology (headphones, microphones, cameras, virtual conferencing accounts, bandwidth, upgrades)
- Child or elder care
- Travel and accommodation expenses
- Miscellaneous (special resources beyond what is usually needed for conference participation)
OTHER INFORMATION
- Only one support grant can be given per household.
- Attendees are responsible for their own arrangements.
- Receipts are required within thirty days of the conference.
- Reimbursements will be made within 6 weeks.
- Expenses for reimbursement must be incurred during conference dates only.
- Ineligible expenses include scheduled care, normally required technology (laptops), toys, tickets to activities, meals, and conference registration.

- Statement (150 words maximum) detailing the need for funds
Deadline: November 25
Grant recipients will be notified by December 31.
