This exhibition is meant to focus on what it means to be a marginalized person today, and what the viewpoint of women, queer people, and marginalized groups in the past six to seven years has focused on. How has your art changed? What new subjects are important to you?

This exhibition hopes to feature paintings, drawings, photography, poetry, performances, installations, sculptures, fiber arts, crafts, book arts, and video works. Artists must be from the St. Louis area. All work must have been made since 2018.

We hope to see what new work has been created from new and relevant artists since 2018. Please feel free to send this invite to other marginalized artists in the STL area who you think might have something to say about this prompt. Submission does not guarantee acceptance into the exhibition.

Deadline is December 21st, 2024.
Show will run from January 15th - April 5th, 2025.
Opening Reception January 31st, 2025.
