Open Call to Enter

WORKS ON PAPER, National Juried Competition, The Long Beach Island Foundation of the Arts & Sciences, Loveladies, New Jersey, invites applications to our 27th Competition & Exhibition.

Works on Paper includes Drawing, Painting on Paper, Prints, Photography, Digital Works on Paper, & 2D Paper Constructions. A printed catalog of selected artwork will accompany the exhibition.

The Juror for 2025 is Samantha Friedman, Curator in the Department of Drawings and Prints at The Museum of Modern Art, NYC.

Three cash Prizes & three Honorable Mentions will be awarded by the Juror. The competition & exhibition is open to emerging & established artists working in the continental US. Sixty-five artworks will be selected, prizes awarded, a printed catalog.

FEE: $35.00 - up to 3 entries (non-refundable)

Exhibition Dates: May 17-July 6, 2025

Awards: $1,000 first prize, $250 second prize, $100 third prize and three honorable mentions.
