"40 Under 40"

The Long Beach Island Foundation of the Arts & Sciences, Loveladies, New Jersey, invites applications to "40 Under 40", 2025, a Juried Exhibition.

The competition and exhibition are open to artists 18 to 40 years of age who currently work and live in the continental US. Three cash Prizes and three Honorable Mentions will be awarded by the Juror. 

Mediums eligible for submission includes drawing, painting, hand- pulled prints, photography, mixed media, wall-hung 2D constructions in the crafts, video, computer generated digital work displayed as prints.

The Juror is Jennie Goldstein, the Jennifer Rubio Associate Curator of the Collection, at The Whitney Museum of American Art in New York.

FEE: $35.00 for up to 4 entries (non-refundable)

Exhibition Dates: July 19 - August 10, 2025

AWARDS: $500 first prize, $250 second prize, $100 third prize and three honorable mentions.
