Want to see your artwork featured in an International Virtual Exhibition?

The Women in Arts Network is thrilled to announce an open call for submissions under the theme, “The Places We Call Home.” Home is not always a single place; it can be the house you grew up in, a city that shaped you, a quiet corner where you feel safe, or the people and moments that give you a sense of belonging. We invite women artists from around the globe to explore the many layers of what home truly means.

Home might be a physical space filled with cherished objects, but it can also be a feeling, like the comfort of a loved one’s voice, the scent of old books, the sound of rain against a window, or a memory that lingers long after you’ve left. It could exist in the present, in distant memories, or even in dreams.

This open call is an invitation to reflect on your personal experiences and explore what feels like home to you. Is it love, nostalgia, belonging, or even a longing for something lost? Through painting, sculpture, photography, or any other medium, we encourage you to create art that captures the essence of home, whether it’s a real place, a fleeting memory, or an abstract expression of a deeply personal feeling.

Your unique perspective has the power to bring this theme to life and inspire meaningful dialogue. We look forward to seeing your stories unfold through your art.
