Registration
We look forward to seeing you at CAA’s 111th Annual Conference February 15–18, 2023 at the New York Hilton Midtown. We will come together for over 200 sessions and events held in-person at the Hilton, as well as 30 sessions held virtually. Registrants may read session abstracts in the schedule immediately. The virtual Book and Trade Fair will open in person and online February 16 and be accessible until April 17. Session content that is recorded during the conference dates will be available to registrants in the schedule after processing and through April 17.
All-Access paid Registration includes:
- February 15–18 – All session access; in-person at the Hilton and virtual.
- CAA’s special events and conversations
- The in-person and virtual Book and Trade Fair
- Immediate access to session abstracts in the schedule, as well as a download the Abstracts2023.pdf closer to the conference dates.
- All recorded content; available until 11:59 p.m. Eastern, April 17 (after processing and captioning).
- Free admission to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, discounted admission to the Museum of Art and Design, and MoMA during the conference dates. More to follow!
Book and Trade Fair access – in-person and virtual access to the Book and Trade Fair are included in paid registration, or by purchasing a stand-alone Book and Trade Fair ticket.
No-cost registration – includes Convocation, Annual Artist Interviews, Distinguished Scholar Session, CAA Committee and CAA’s Affiliated Societies’ Business Meetings, and the Services to Artists Committee (SAC) and Students and Emerging Professionals Committee (SEPC) Programming. These events are also included in All-Access paid registration.

The CAA 111th Annual Conference will host nearly 200 sessions in person, and approximately thirty sessions convening virtually. If you aren’t able to join us in person, as a virtual/remote attendee your registration gives you access to;
- The ability to connect (through your profile the schedule) with session participants and CAA leadership
- Access to all the session and presentation abstract texts
- Enjoy a selection of live virtual sessions online
- After captioning and processing, remote registrants can view recordings of in-person sessions who granted permission until April 17, 2023.
