When reserving by telephone you must mention you are requesting the group rate for the “CAA Annual Conference.”
Reservations require a one night’s deposit, refundable up to 72 hours in advance.
All rates quoted do not include State and local tax.
There is an incidental hold of $100/night placed on credit cards at time of check in.
Unless the guest advises the hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay to depart earlier than the reservation, the Hotel will add an early checkout fee of one night’s room and tax to guest's individual account.
