To be eligible for the conference rates when calling the phone number, you must state that you are attending the College Art Association Conference and want to receive the group rate. Please be sure to request a confirmation number or ask for a written confirmation by email. Reservations may only be made through the button or telephone number below. Be aware of unauthorized solicitations by individuals or companies wanting to help you make your reservations. No other individual or company has been authorized to make guest room reservations on your behalf for the CAA conference.

Student rooms contain two beds. Reservations require a one night’s deposit, refundable up to 72 hours in advance. All rates quoted do not include State and local tax. A confirmation number will be provided during the reservation process, and will be emailed to you at the address you provide while making your reservation.
