The 2022 conference will take place in two parts:
From February 16-19, 2022, CAA will convene in Chicago for the live, in person conference.
The live, in person conference will have 150 sessions, the book and trade fair and numerous special and social events. The live conference offers the exciting program of content our membership and attendees have let us know they want.
From March 3-5, 2022, CAA will convene on-line with live virtual sessions; March 11-14, content will be further available online, on-demand .
The live on-line conference will have 50 full-length 90-minute sessions including Q & A.
Recorded content will be further available on-demand March 11 to April 14, extending access and your exhibit time to six weeks. The virtual conference will provide the advantage of increased access for the entire membership of CAA and beyond by significantly reducing the cost of attendance while increasing the ease of attending from the comfort of office or home regardless of location or time zone.
The live in person Book and Trade Fair, February 16-19, offers Standard 8’ x 10’ exhibit booths with prime placement for sponsors. Also offered are Enterprise exhibits for qualified exhibitors.
The virtual conference online platform exhibit hall, March 3 – April 14, is a full engagement environment offering virtual exhibit booths that include the following features:
Uploading your content to the virtual exhibit booth is made easy through the Exhibitor Upload Portal, a user-friendly website allowing you to populate your virtual exhibit with all of your promotional assets in an easy step-by-step process.
The Exhibit page of the virtual conference online platform will be prominently featured with multiple prompts to encourage attendees to visit.
An advance index listing of exhibitors will be sent to conference attendees two weeks in advance of the conference dates of February 16-19, giving you the opportunity to offer incentives, discounts, pre-views, access to product and publication samples and ability to schedule appointments prior to the opening of the conference.

The exhibit booth rental fees include both your booth at the live, in person book and trade fair plus a virtual exhibit booth online for no additional cost.
