FINAL DEADLINE FOR ALL APPLICATIONS WITH FULL PAYMENT IS FRIDAY, DECEMBER 20, 2024.

Additional Standard 8’ x 10’ Exhibit Booths -- $1,350
Booths will be provided with an 8-foot-high, draped back wall and 3-foot-high, draped side rails.
A 7 x 44 inch identification sign with booth number is provided at no additional charge.
Prices for Standard Exhibit Booths do not include the cost of furnishings, shipping, electrical, internet service, or labor. Please note the Standard Booth price includes a virtual exhibit for the virtual conference, with the virtual exhibit remaining open on the conference website to April 11, 2025.
Half Standard Booth -- $825
CAA allows no more than two qualifying companies to each share a single exhibit booth. You can make your own arrangements with a booth partner, or have CAA match you with another company. Contact Paul Skiff, at pskiff@collegeart.org for more details.

Enterprise Exhibit -- $750 for qualified organizations and individuals
Enterprise Exhibit -- $555 for Individual author;
$555 for student organizations
The following types of exhibitors qualify for Enterprise Exhibits:
- A registered nonprofit organization with 501(c)(3) status.
- A publisher, distributor, wholesaler, retailer, or author with one to three titles to display.
- A publisher of a periodical with circulation under 10,000 per issue.
- An individual, or an educational or business organization, with one to three products, programs, or services to promote.
- An individual author.
- Student organizations that are officially recognized by their host institutions.
Only one Enterprise Exhibit is allowed per applicant. An Enterprise Exhibit includes one 6-foot, draped table, two chairs, and name sign. An Enterprise Exhibit does not include the cost of additional booth furnishings, shipping, electrical, internet or labor. Virtual Exhibit
All Exhibitors at the in-person conference will receive at no additional cost one virtual exhibit on the virtual conference platform, with the virtual exhibits remaining open to conference registrants until April 11, 2025. Virtual Exhibit Booth Features:
- An introductory text description of your organization of up to 400 words.
- Your organization’s logo.
- 10 images for promoting your publications, products, programs or services. File size 150 mb per file in Jpeg format.
- 10 URL hyperlinks to your main website or other locations with your content.
- 5 PDF files containing your promotional information. File size 150 mb.
- 5 pre-recorded MP4 format videos to promote your publications, products, programs or services. File size 1 GB.
- Live chat and appointment request function that enables attendees to request to meet you online.
- Lead capture with enhanced statistical data from visits to your exhibit page.
- Uploading your content to the virtual exhibit booth is made easy through the Exhibitor Upload Portal, a user-friendly website allowing you to populate your virtual exhibit with all of your promotional assets in an easy step-by-step process.
The Exhibit page of the virtual conference online platform will be prominently featured in the online conference app, with multiple prompts to encourage attendees to visit.
